In our sessions we will always work gently with the system, working with what is ready and never pushing or forcing.

All symptoms start in our energy body, and when they go unaddressed they start to filter down into in our emotional body and finally into our physical body. Through energy work, we address the root cause of issues deep in the system that are often left unaddressed in conventional methods.

These modalities work directly with emotions, psychology and the body; helping to shift ingrained patterns and unresolved trauma. We use breathwork to quiet the thinking mind, so we can become more in touch with the body and the subconscious. We work with the body to shift blockages and trapped emotions to find more emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.

Sound is vibration that washes through the body and helps to bring us into a state of resonance. Resonance shifts the nervous system into a parasympathetic state; rest and digest. In this state of calm and safety, it is easier to work at deep levels and give the system exactly what it needs.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool to help us become less enmeshed in our experiences. It creates awareness around our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This awareness gives us space to feel deeply, to get curious about ourselves and to become more responsive and less reactive.
